The Citizens for an Alberta Reform Party summons a new generation of Alberta voters seeking a “free enterprise” alternative to the present government to consider a grassroots movement with fresh ideas and lofty goals. However, the seeds of change cannot take root until our organization achieves the status of a fully-registered provincial party and before that can occur, we require a minimum of 7,050 signatures from across Alberta.

In truth, we are targeting one hundred eligible individuals in all 83 Alberta ridings to willingly submit their names to the petition we eventually hope to forward to Elections Alberta. The extent to which anyone wishes to become involved with our group beyond that will be entirely up to the discretion of each and every Albertan. Nonetheless, we are optimistic that constituency associations can be in place in every corner of Alberta by the middle of 2011.

Whether discussing education, health care, or social justice, an Alberta Reform Party will aspire to be the voice of the common people and backs that assertion with a set of carefully-crafted proposals that will surely give electors pause for thought. Allow us then to direct your attention to the selected topics we have chosen as we attempt to convey the essence of Reform – our way of thinking and approach to problem-solving as well as our solutions. At the same time, Reform reaches out to the youth, visible minorities, and women of Alberta to help us write a new chapter to our political history. We need dedicated members, sponsors, and volunteers to build a new party as well as people to serve as candidates.
